The Cultivate Art Boutique was the Bellevue Arts Museum’s first project where they had the largest representation of Black & Brown creatives! With it’s great location on Bellevue Way across from the Mall, you can’t go wrong. If you’re looking for BIPOC representation with handcrafted goods, bold prints or wearable arts - you can’t go wrong with the Cultivate Art Boutique.
