The Hyatt Regency Lake Washington hosted an evening of style, poetry and beautifully curated art at the2nd Annual Black Makers & Creative Exhibit. This year's theme was 'Royalty,' with a focus on the remarkable history of African American ancestors, their cultural legacies, and ongoing impact on modern society. In addition to the 14-piece band, there were additional musical performances, along with dance and fashion, that helped create an inspiring and memorable evening. Guests enjoyed an expressive culinary experience, along with sipping on Alexis George Wines, a Black-owned winery. A portion of the proceeds were donated to the Family First Community Center.This is the second year for this event, hosted by Elevate PR management.
